Rated 5 out of 5�by Dime Very comfortable. I really like the shoes, they are very comfortable,lightweight and nice looking. I do wish they had a longer strap as I have a high instep. I always look for this brand as they are well made and a great shoe for traveling. Have gotten many compliments and inquires on where I purchased the shoes which I have passed on to those who asked. A 43 is a size 11. Unfortunately Reiker is not making many styles in 43.

BEST ANSWER: For a size 7-1/2 you would order a size 38 in this shoe. They are not a wide width, but the style is wider.
