Rated 4 out of 5�by PMDK Very comfortable- but fabric looks delicate I should really wait until I've washed it to review as the fabric looks super fine and delicate cotton. It is very comfortable around the house in hot weather. I will check back in if it falls apart after washing July 28, 2015

The only negative I can say about this is that they sewed the label on one of the side slits and it sticks out - odd place for it and I hate to just cut it off, so will try to stitch it down. But the caftan is a beauty and lovely! I have not tried to wash it yet - but I will certainly do it gently - no dryer. July 23, 2015

The liner and pockets are a very good feature. Being 100% cotton will be helpful here during the very warm days here in the south. April 19, 2015

No it would not be too long. As it happens, I am 5'1" and love my caftan. It fits perfectly. I hope you enjoy it...I know I do.

BEST ANSWER: Caftans are very comfortable. I have seen people wear them at the beach.
