Does shoe run true to size or should next size up be ordered ?

BEST ANSWER: I ordered my usual size and they seem fairly true to size. I have nearly always worn an 8.5 shoe, but for the last few years I have been in between 8 and 8.5. I have average to narrow feet and found these to be a little wide on my foot, and a tiny bit long, but not a deal breaker and it is actually a good thing if you have an issue with feet swelling a bit at the end of a long day of walking.

Ordered my normal size of 8.5, but in the wide width as I find a lot of dress shoes very tight. These seemed a little big not just width, but in length. Shoe is still very comfortable and I wear with thicker socks.

It runs short. Width seems o.k. but I ordered a 10 and the arch wasn't where my arch was and my toe was at the tip. I'd order up at least half a size.

I found they run true to size, and they stretch so definitely don't need next size up.
