Rated 1 out of 5�by Greggor Not sure who this would work for I am a healthy 6'2" and 155......my need for abdominal support is previous surgery. I struggled to get this on....it did nothing for me. I could not get it off....ended up taking a scissors to it....knowing I was destoying $50. Sorry but this was a waste for me. October 9, 2013

I haven't noticed any change in my appearance as far as trimming or flattening my belly. It does provide support, but it doesn't make it smaller. If you're fat, and trying to find something to make you look thinner, exercising is still your best solution. If you need a garment that's going to provide support for your lower torso, this works great! June 9, 2012

I must say that it is kind of difficult to get of but hey, it surpose to be tight. I will recommend to my friends and I wish they have it black also. August 15, 2010
