"They wash and dry easily with no shrinkage. The main reason I bought these is because of the 7-loops for a belt. Like other people I know, I was fed up with jeans companies offering only 5-loop jeans! They do seem to run a bit large, likely due to the spandex. April 19, 2015

The jeans fit perfectly and I love the addition of 2% spandex -- it really makes the jeans so comfortable. I found that they were true to size and experienced no issues with the rise or leg width. The jeans look terrific and I would highly recommend them. In fact, after I finish this review I'm buying another pair to have on hand. I think that someone wrote that after you've had a pair of these, you'll never want another style!!! November 30, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5�by LegalBeagle Well made, BUT sized too small in rise & leg width These jeans are well constructed, nicely finished and would have been very useful, IF they had been properly sized for a mature adult male. However, the legs were extremely narrow, the rise short and the seat shallow. Therefore, unfortunately, the product had to be returned. My suggestion is that Norm Thompson review their advertising and description of this product to clearly indicated to these jeans are for rather skinny-legged males who like form-fitting jeans, etc. Norm Thompson's return policies and pre-paid shipping label are first class, and I look forward to purchasing other items from them in the future. Good question because I bought the 32 inch inseam and it is too long (must be shrinking in my old age!!). My wife just dropped off two pair to be shortened -- they take out that hem and put in a new hem (our drycleaners does alterations). That will be great because I love the jeans.

If you are a handy seamstress and have a machine. You can always have them professionally shortened.

Does this fabric shrink as most denim products do?

BEST ANSWER: Shrinkage is minimal, if at all, my husband hardly noticed it. He loves this 5-pocket jeans! He looks great in it, plus the softness and durability of denim is excellent.

I have 4 pairs and they do not shrink. Two pair are several years old and still fit even though I have added weight.

BEST ANSWER: No - I haven't experienced any shrinkage and I've purchased 3 pairs over 2 years. Any temporary tightness was due to significant overindulgence while on vacation! Seriously, that's the reason for buying these -- that give in the material.
