They also had numerous stray bunches of thread that were around the tunnel for the elastic at the waist. In all, the sale price of $24 was about what they wee worth. July 20, 2015

BEST ANSWER: It's whatever i want them to be. Norm will hem them to the exact millimeter that I desire at no extra charge, right Norm?
