However, the collar seemed to have been constructed with that abominable iron-on fusible interfacing and it was crooked and would not lie down straight. On the basis of past experience with that kind of interfacing, I knew it was futile to even try washing and re-ironing the collar. so I will have to return it. On my dime. Very disappointing, as I had wanted that blouse for some time. January 3, 2014
