Rated 2 out of 5�by Nonna12 Too Many Flaws ~ Quality Control??? I bought my sister the cream colored bed jacket for Christmas. She has cancer, lives pretty much in pajamas most of the time and is always cold. She loved the way it helped keep her warm without having to have a long robe on. I had read the reviews prior to buying this for my sister, so after Christmas, I decided to get myself a few of them. So far, I have opened the pink one and the seaspray. Both have very noticeable flaws. The pink one's pockets are not attached correctly. The bottom right pocket is not attached to the jacket, which I found out the first time I wore it. My chapstick fell right out. Also, the top sides of both pockets are not sewn onto the jacket. I will have to buy some pink thread to correct this issue. Both were ordered in my size, but are way too big. The seaspray bed jacket's sleeves are not the same length. The left one is over an inch and a half longer than the right sleeve. All the button holes are not sewn tight enough for the buttons to stay buttoned. The buttons keep sliding out of each button hole. Again, I will have to buy some matching thread to correct the button hole issues. I don't think I can fix the different length of the sleeves though. I would have sent them back for a size smaller and hopefully ones that have no flaws, but checking the site almost every day for over a month, there were none available to exchange these for. I'm worried what I will find with the cream colored one when I open it. Maybe the third one will be a charm. Sadly disappointed, but I am so glad that my sister's did not have any flaws. Now that was back in the day. The fit runs true to size - iX . The material is very soft and comfortable. I find myself wearing it around the house on those chilly mornings and cool evenings. my mother was a petite +. whatever I ordered fit her very well. she was reluctant to wear at first as she considered it a "hospital bed jacket". But she finally tried it and loved it. Wears it all the time now on cold days. my mother is 86 and very hard to please. But she liked the "roomy, fullness of this garment.

My mother is a medium in clothes. She is 5' 4" and weighs about 120"lbs. I got his in a medium and it fits great. You don't want a bed jacket that is too tight, so I would err on the side of slightly bigger than smaller.

BEST ANSWER: This is a lovely cozy jacket that I bought in my usual size but, it was a little tight across the bust and looks odd buttoned. Also the facing is not tacked down so it tends to stick out. Maybe in a larger size it wouldn't do this as much.

PM is true to size- I generally wear size 10- this fits easily over night clothes for me.Really retains body heat- when reading I sometimes put my arms through the sleeves and wear it "backwards." Sounds odd but very comfortable.

BEST ANSWER: I purchased a 2x for my Mom (20-22). There is always a size guide on the webpage. Look for it. I would guess that a S is 4-6. This jacket is so soft, washes well and keeps my Mom warm at night. She always wants to wear it in cold weather.

Size 6-8 is small but the sleeves were too long for me so I returned the bed jacket especially since the sleeve cuff is very fancy and I wasn't able to hem it. Hope this helps.
