I had discarded the packing paperwork which meant I had to pay the shipping back to Norm Thompson. My included cover letter specified replacing the LARGE with a MEDIUM; that was ignored until I protested, then it took another week to receive the MEDIUM sweater. I got to wear it twice before leaving for warmer weather; I'll get to use it again next winter. January 9, 2015

How long are the body and sleeves?

BEST ANSWER: Size XL, the center back (from neckline to waist band, including ribbed trim) is 28.25"; the sleeves are 24" from the shoulder seam (including the cuff); the width at the top of the back from sleeve seam to sleeve seam (measured from the point where the shoulder seam meets the sleeve) is 25" (I added this becuz the style is slightly drop shoulders). Haven't washed the sweater yet, so these measurements are "out of the box." The colors really do go with everything - my husband loves it.

As you can see in the picture of the sweater, the sleeves are full length, and well as the body length. If you are very tall, I still thing both lengths will be fine. I'm 5'11", and weigh 190, and the sweater fit me fine. The colors are not real bright. They are just as shown in the picture. I buy all my sweaters from Norm Thompson.

From the neck to the bottom of the sweater the length of a medium is 27 inches. From the seam of the sleeve where it attaches at the shoulder the sleeve is 21 inches long. I hope that this helps.

My husband wears a 35 sleeve and both the sleeve and the body of the sweater fit him beautifully. We are very happy with this sweater.

Body is 28" from back of neck down and 15" from under arm. Sleeves are 22" long from shoulder seam.
