Judging from the picture I am wondering if the back neckline goes beyound the v where it attaches to the back?

BEST ANSWER: I'm not sure I understand the question, but will say that the back neckline is just a typical neckline that one would find in any ottos kit top like this, that might have a rounded neck. The back neck of the top sits at about the base of the neck ( it isn't low or tall, just in between ). The top fits well, and I wear it often. So useful I bought several in different colors.

If I understand your question, then yes I think it does. The back neckline is slightly higher on the neck than it is on the shoulders. That being said, this has been one of my favorite shirts from NT. It fits well, does not stretch out of shape, and is a nice soft fabric. My guess is that if you order one, you will come back and order others.

The back neckline covers the neck area. That's one reason why I chose this top. I don't like the gap that some tops have in the back neck area. I love this top, have it in several colors, and several of my friends have ordered them after seeing mine. Take a change - I think you'll love it.

Is there much shrinkage when they're laundered?

BEST ANSWER: No. However, I always launder in cold water and hang to dry. My V necks look brand new and don't show age.

BEST ANSWER: I wear a 1x but order 2x in this top. This is my preference because I like roomy tops. If you wear your tops more fitted, I would order my normal size.

BEST ANSWER: Sapphire is usually a brighter saturated shade of blue. It may be brilliant like the gem for which it is named. Navy may be a deep blue - almost blue black.

Two questions: I am narrow in the shoulders but wide in the hips. My ideal shirt would be a small in the shoulders and a medium in the hips. One of the reviews said this was too roomy in the hips, but the photo of the model looks like it's not particularly roomy in that area. It sounds like this has been redesigned. Is it still very roomy in the hips? Second question: reviews say fabric twists after laundering. Has this been corrected?

BEST ANSWER: l wash o gentle cycle and hang to dry or lay flat to dry and have had no problems. I am also different sizes on top and hips and no problems with medium. I have been ill so am quite thin right now and if I was my normal weight I would get large. I have all three colors and am very happy with them!

Looking at this shirt in different colors and notice some have white piping around the V neck and pretty stitching around the bottom hem line. The rest are just plane V neck T shirts. The variations make ordering dicey .... Does that petal colored T really have white piping around the neck? Do any of the other colors have white piping?
